OUR MISSION

To grow the game we love, The Creator’s Game, by engaging our community, through training, education, recreation, and elite level play.

OUR VISION

To be the premier lacrosse experience for all communities within our reach.

OUR VALUES

FOCUS

I am attentive and prepared.
I apply techniques and strategies my coaches teach me.
I play smart and do not get mindless penalties like mouthpieces, offsides and slashes.
I play in control of my body and emotions.
I work to grow my "Lacrosse IQ".

ATTITUDE

I show up happy and excited to play lacrosse.
If I make a mistake, I move on quickly and positively.
I encourage my teammates.
I try to make myself and my team better.
I work on lacrosse at home and outside of practice.

DETERMINATION

I go hard, every time.

I work on drills with as much energy as games.

I go MY top speed.

I leave NOTHING on the field.

I try to win every ground ball the FIRST time.

Vision without action is just a dream.

LKN Outlaws Lacrosse is a community-based organization that educates, equips and empowers young sports leaders, volunteers, and parents so all children can enjoy the lifelong benefits of sports and the game of lacrosse.

Our program was created to fulfill the ever growing needs of the Lake Norman and surrounding lacrosse communities. We currently serve the four counties of: Mecklenburg, Catawba, Lincoln, and Iredell. We are committed to raising the level of play and exposure for all players who choose to be an Outlaw!

Beginning with our kindergarten program, we teach sound fundamentals, sportsmanship, and proven game tactics providing players with the tools necessary to succeed in each of our advancing age divisions through High School.

By taking a progressive, systematic approach employed through a unified coaching staff, our teams will be prepared to compete with the best teams in the region and more importantly have fun season after season.

Our commitment to our player’s development and success will continue to thrive through our Lake Norman Outlaws travel elite program. Players wishing to take their game beyond the recreation level can tryout for our travel teams, which compete in southeast regional tournaments in the fall and summer.
